Chairman’s Annual Dinner

The Chairman’s Annual Dinner is being held at Carnage Hall Hotel, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 8EW on Saturday 24th October 2015 following the Club’s AGM.

This event is open to all members and I would be grateful if you would disseminate this information to your Areas to make all Members aware.  I am attaching the Booking Form and Menu so that you can issue these to your members if required.  Please make sure that all forms together with cheques in respect of the Dinner are returned to Fiona Roberts - Exec PA to Director General, The Camping & Caravanning Club

Tickets for the Dinner are £32.50 per person and cheques should be made payable to The Camping & Caravanning Club

Reservations for members wishing to stay in the hotel overnight can be made and the cost is £92.00 per night for a single room with Breakfast and £102.00 per night for a Double room including Breakfast - all hotel bills are settled directly with the hotel.

The dress code for this event is black tie.  There are already some of the MCS attending this event, so please encourage your members to come along and join us.
