This is an ideal base as it is within close proximity to the the historic towns of Lavenham and Bury St Edmunds, also Sudbury, Stowmarket and Ipswich are close at hand. An hours drive will take you to the world renowned Heritage Coast, encompassing Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold.
